Convenient and cozy spot right in the heart of the city. The location is great because it's close to a bunch of restaurants, the university, and a mall with tons of dining options 🍽️.

The friendly disposition of the entire staff, fro the receptionist at th deskto the evs staff, who cleaned our room; everybody was nice and very friendly but professional. The breakfast served was very good; it was nice to have a member of the diet/kitchen staff around to explain the food tiems, espeically how to make the waffle. We were allowed to check in after driving down from chicago, at 12:30pm, instead of 3pm - that was very kind and thoughtful. We will be back.
My experience was very positive; nothing negative.

The hotel is in a really nice area with restaurants and a mall nearby. Our queen room was spacious and had cable channels, a microwave, and a seating area. Free Wi-Fi was a plus during our stay.

The hotel is managed by a very friendly and welcoming staff. the room is well-kept. - There is a variety of tasty food available. - the location is great, with an efficient check-in process. - the Mishawaka district is worth visiting.

The rooms were brand-new and well-appointed. Loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. The location was comfy and perfect, in the middle of Jackson, convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel is fairly clean and located in a nice building close to many restaurants, the university, and the east coast. The rooms are brand-new, clean, and come with private bathrooms. The location is marvelous and convenient, right in the middle of Jackson.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to many restaurants. The room was well-appointed and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The cost was US$118. Our experience here was VERY POSITIVE.

Hospitable hotel with excellent staff
Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Well-maintained rooms for guests. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect location, easy walk to everywhere. Very easy to get from South Bend Regional airport, just 9 miles
